In January 2023, Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin turns 25 years old. For a scientific publication, this is not many years, if counted from the birth of the first scientific journal in history. At the same time, a quarter of a century is a sufficient period to pass the test of time, to realize the vectors of one's own development.
Today, TSPU Bulletin is an independent scientific publication, publishing the articles on philological and pedagogical sciences. The journal is included in the list of the Higher Attestation Commission, Russian Science Citation Index, as well as in the international database of periodicals and continuing publications Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, ERIH PLUS, DOAJ, EBSCO.
The journal publishes the articles by the authors from Russia and neighboring countries: Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, the Republic of Belarus and from Asian and European countries (Iran, Brazil, China, Japan, etc.).
The history of formation of TSPU Bulletin allows us to assert that from the beginning to the present day the journal remains true to the best traditions of the scientific publication, which makes a significant contribution to the promotion of new knowledge, to the inclusion of reputable and young scientists in the space of the scientific dialogue.
According to the results of the examination of the Higher Attestation Commission in 2022, TSPU Bulletin was assigned the first category, which means that the journal has the potential to be included in the international databases, and the editorial board has ambitions and the goal to develop the scientific journal, to work to increase its credibility in scientific community, strengthening its rating positions.
